We’ve all heard of regular, boring, run of the mill aerobics but have you heard of Salsaerobics? In this new weekly class, you’ll be able to get your weekly cardio and work up a nice healthy sweat using Salsa steps for fitness! No actual dancing will be taught during these hour long sessions but you’ll be certain to burn a ton of calories and work those legs and abs to the max!
Classes are $10 per hour and for every five weekly sessions you attend, you’ll receive one FREE session! Drop Ins are welcome so spread the word and bring your friends and family!
